wide use and customer base in the U.K. and throughout the World.
Booster Pump sets
Fixed or Variable speed centrifugal or PD pumps to control pressure, differential pressure, flow or against any other system parameter.
System Design
Electrical control panel design and manufacture to BS5486. The use of relay and PLC logic systems, with a choice of fixed or variable speed drives, soft start, DOL and Star / Delta starters.
Mechanical design
Only well respected proven proprietary products are selected by Quantum Engineering, promoting customer confidence and serviceability of the finished products. Our systems have a wide customer base in the UK and throughout the world.
Manufacturing
Multi compartment control panels are a speciality. Fabricated steel skid construction up to 5 tonnes gross weight. We only specify and supply ancillary equipment sourced from major UK and European manufactures.
Installation
Teams of engineers directly employed by Quantum Engineering are used for the installation of pumping systems to meet current statutory requirements e.g. UK Pressure Systems Legislation, DWI, WRC specs and approvals.
Commissioning and Training
All systems are factory tested and or site commissioned by our own engineers. Site training of client operatives is carried out if required.
