Fabricated steel skid construction, carrying compressors and pump packages, up to 4 metres square, gross weight up to typically 5 tonnes

Pipe assembly fabrication using pipe threading and pipe welding processes to nominally 400mm bore in steel, ductile iron and ABS/PVC.

Fitting and assembly of pneumatic and compressed air supply, pumping systems and control equipment to meet current statutory requirements and directives such as UK Pressure Systems Legislation,  European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC, together with D.W.I & WRC specifications and approvals.

Specification and supply of compressors, booster pumps and ancillary equipment from major UK and European manufacturers, also its modification (if necessary) for service in special purpose applications such as hazardous area duty and high ambient air conditions.

Electrical control panel design and manufacture to BS5486 and other applicable standards using relay, PLC and micro-processor controlled logic systems, including variable speed drives, soft start, etc. as well as conventional DOL and STAR/DELTA starters.

Multi compartment control panel design and construction is a speciality, with working familiarity of the specification requirements of all UK water authorities.

Installation of equipment of our supply, also of that supplied by a third party.

Factory function testing and commissioning of all systems.

On site operator training if required.
